4 week progressive series to connect your with your pelvic floor!
Support your pelvic floor through all stages of life by learning about the anatomy, what dysfunction may look like, and how to strengthen, stretch and support your pelvic floor and core.
Appropriate for all ages and stages - from pregnant to postpartum, peri to menopausal stages, athletes who may experience stress incontinence when lifting, running or jumping, or anyone who wants to support their bodies!
