Every Wednesday 4-5pm in the Zen Den at Zen Acres

Whether this is your first step into Meditation or part of your ongoing journey, these sessions will provide an opportunity to come together to sit in stillness, share reflections and inspirations, all in a gentle & supportive space. Come as you are. You only need one thing...a willingness to be present.

This event is by donation ($18-30 is the suggested sliding scale)
