2nd Annual Forget-Me-Not Open
Join us at Cedar Valley Golf & Country Club for a day of fun on the greens.

$100pp gets you 13 holes, snacks, a cart and a BBQ dinner.
There will also be fun prizes & awards, games and a silent auction.

Registration opens on April 30th. Simply register at your local Scotiabank branch (Brockville, Carleton Place, Perth or Smiths Falls) and you're ready to tee off!

Come have some fun and help us raise funds for our local programming & awareness of Alzheimer's and the services available close to home!
