Upcycle Holiday Bottle

Join Pat and transform this clear flat 6" bottle. Using Dixie Belle Chalk Mineral Paint, Rice Paper and napkins. You have two option to choose from. Pat will teach you about applying your rice paper and or napkins. You will finish with adding the snowman ornament and colored twine for embellishments.
