WORKSHOP: It’s Just a Song…or is it? Our idiosyncratic approach to songwriting and performance

Sally Ironmonger & Brian Carter have been writing songs & performing them for more than 20 years, many of which have been added to the British Library Sound Archive. Their workshops have been well received at the National Centre for Folk Arts at Halsway Manor, and are an opportunity to discuss lyrics, how to create original tunes, and the importance of connecting with your audience.
