Yoga for New Beginnings

Let's start the year with a loving yoga practice together.
We will focus on setting an intention for the new year, finding the ground and stability to plant the seed, and opening up the flow of energy for our seed of intention to grow strong into this new year of our lives. 💫
We will of course practice asana, pranayama, mudra, bandha, mantra, and meditation to set the stage for this new start.

When: Tuesday 7/1 from 18:45-20:00
How much: 230czk

No previous experience needed.
Just bring yourself with some loose, comfortable clothes.
