- **Event Description**: Welcome to the winter semester of our yoga classes. 

I have called this course "spiritual yoga" because it is the spiritual aspect of yoga that interest and inspire me; the quest for the true self, self-realisation and enlightenment. 

In our classes, therefore, I aim to integrate much of the yogic theory and philosophy, and points for self-reflection, into our practice of asana, pranayama, mudra, bandha, mantra, and meditation. 
It is important for me that you can feel that your practice is your own; your internal experience is important to me. 

I also enjoy a good discussion, and openly welcome all questions and thoughts that show up on our journey. 

Yoga is a life journey and I am looking forward to keep on developing it with you! 

You dont need to have any previous experience, a bit of curiosity goes a long way.
