Yoga class for painfree back and neck (also for beginners)

I would like to invite you to a yoga practice focused on a healthy back and neck! This class is perfect for you if you sit for 8 hours a day, don't have time to move, or experience stiffness and pain in your lower back, upper back, or neck (or both). Beginners are also welcome; the practice will be simple and can be followed. :)

What will you need?
Comfortable clothes and a water bottle.

How much is the class?
300 CZK (250 CZK for ISB parents and students)

Can I come if I’m not a professional yoga practitioner?
Of course! The exercises will have both easier and more challenging versions.
