This group systemic session offers a safe and supportive space to explore family dynamics, inherited patterns, and unconscious loyalties that may be influencing your life today. Through the method of Family Constellations, participants are invited to bring awareness to what has been carried across generations and to open space for new perspectives, movement, and healing.
During the circle, a limited number of participants will have the opportunity to set up their own constellation. These constellation spots will be filled through a random draw, allowing the process to unfold organically within the group field. All participants benefit from the shared experience, whether their own constellation is facilitated or they are present as representatives or witnesses in someone else’s process. Very often, insights, emotions, and shifts arise simply through being part of the field.
The session will be led in Portuguese, Liz’s mother tongue. While Liz can communicate in English, simultaneous translation into English will be provided by her daughter, ensuring everyone can fully follow and participate.
This gathering is open to anyone seeking greater clarity, emotional insight, or a deeper understanding of recurring themes in relationships, family, work, or personal life. No prior experience with Family Constellations is needed.
