Practising yoga in nature enhances mindfulness, reduces stress, and strengthens your connection to the world around you. This energising flow, followed by a grounding meditation, invites you to embrace the elements—earth, air, and water—while you move atop 400-million-year-old rocks in the heart of the English Riviera Geopark.
