SUMMER FITNESS CLASS

This event is aimed at families and their children to come and enjoy activities together showing that exercise can be a lot of fun.

There will be:
- sports day themed races for parents and children
- healthy snack making
- participation medals
- photo opportunity on the podium

This event has been developed to be low cost during the summer holidays, parents and carers are free, and a fee of £5 per child over 3yrs makes this very affordable.
