Full Moon Yoga & Soundbath at Berry Head
Join us for a soul-nourishing evening as the sun sets and the Full Moon rises at the stunning Berry Head National Nature Reserve, where the land meets the endless horizon. Surrounded by breathtaking coastal views and the gentle embrace of nature, we invite you to journey inward through a harmonious blend of restorative yoga and therapeutic sound healing.
This carefully curated experience begins with gentle, mindful movements, designed to awaken the body, open the heart, and prepare you to receive the potent energies of the Full Moon. Moving with intention and breath, you’ll soften into a deep state of receptivity, creating space within for renewal and release.
As the sun begins to set over Berry Head, you’ll be guided into stillness for a nurturing soundbath. Immersed in layers of healing vibrations from crystal bowls, gongs, and other sacred instruments, you’ll be carried into a meditative state where tension melts away and natural rhythms are restored.
The Full Moon is a powerful time for reflection, release, and rebalancing. Through this practice, we invite you to align with the lunar cycle, harmonizing mind, body, and spirit, and reconnecting with your own inner wisdom.

What to bring:
Yoga mat
Blanket or sleeping bag and cushion, whatever you need for extra comfort
Warm layers (it can get chilly after sunset)
Water bottle
