Join Lizzy for a free Somatic Yoga session this Friday on the Compass deck – with sunshine forecast!
Somatic Yoga is about how you feel in your body, not how you look in a pose. It’s an invitation to slow down, tune in, and move in ways that restore balance and vitality.
In this session, we’ll begin with some energising whole-body and core movements using the breath, flow gently through a few vinyasa sequences, then settle into longer, yin-style holds that allow us to stretch, release tension, and soothe the nervous system. We’ll finish with a juicy guided relaxation to integrate, so you leave feeling calm, grounded, and replenished.
The emphasis is always on body awareness – meeting yourself exactly where you are, with kindness and curiosity.
🧘♀️ Come as you are. Bring a yoga mat or towel, some water, and a hat for the sun.
