Come and breathe, stretch, and move in a supportive environment. This class is designed to guide you through movement and stillness, helping you explore yoga poses with awareness, breath, and mindfulness.

Learn how to:
• Connect breath with movement
• Explore physical yoga postures safely
• Use simple meditation techniques
• Build a deeper connection to your body and mind

When: Thursdays, 6:45pm to 7:45pm (school term time only)
Where: Hillfields Park Community Centre
Cost: £9 per class (incl booking fee)


How: Book via TryBooking, no need to block book or subscribe. Places are limited, so booking in advance is recommended.

No experience needed. Bring a yoga mat if you have one and wear comfortable clothing.

Pippa is a qualified 200hr Hatha yoga teacher based in Bristol. She is passionate about creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where students feel safe to explore and grow in their practice.
