Yoga, mindfulness and sound bath - Friday August 15th 7-9pm

I hope you can join Pippa and Tara at Chester Park Junior School on Friday 15th August from 7-9pm for an hour of yoga and mindfulness and a relaxing sound bath.

There will be 50 minutes to an hour of yoga and a mindfulness meditation with Pippa, followed by Tara who will showcase her beautiful instruments and voice, and you can let the sounds wash over you while you relax.
It is sure to be a lovely, deep and restorative experience to wind down from your week and set you up in a beautiful way for your weekend ahead.

If cancelled a month beforehand, a refund will be issued.
If cancelled more than a week to a month beforehand, your place can be transferred to another event.
