Weapons and Bodywork with Dan Harden

The event is a bodywork (Sat/Sun) and weapons (Fri/Mon) training event with Dan Harden and his Sangenkai methods.

Dan's extensive experience allows him to provide invaluable skills/tools to anyone serious about their martial training; lessons learned from training in Sangenkai methods are widely applicable across a number of arts, aikido and other "soft" arts such as Tai Chi but also with plenty to offer in terms of striking/grappling arts generally.

An opportunity to both learn from Dan's experience/knowledge with opportunities to ask questions as well as get hands-on with one of the foremost exemplars of internal training available; highly recommended.

Training will be from 10:00-18:00 (11:00-18:30 Saturday).

Note: there are no walk-in options, only pre-booked places at the event; please get in touch to confirm there are spaces available.
