About the Artists:
Jeanette and Steve are a married acoustic duo featuring Steve on guitar and both Jeanette and Steve on vocals - often singing sophisticated harmonies. Their eclectic repertoire includes obscure gems found through Steve’s diligent “song mining”, Folk songs, American standards, Blues, 60s and 70s style rock, folk rock, and occasional original songs. Jeanette and Steve specialize in modifying lyrics, melodies, and arrangements of most of the songs in their repertoire to give an existing song a new and refreshing perspective.

Rusty and Jan have been a popular fixture on the Philadelphia, PA, folk scene since 2000. By utilizing their divergent backgrounds, they create modern interpretations of many well-known songs. They play a diverse assortment of styles including Original Music, Standards, Folk, Americana, and Classical. Rusty and Jan are the weekly hosts of Philly Folk Scene on WPPM 106.5 on Thursdays from 5-7 pm. Delivering "acoustic familiarity with a classic woodwind twist," this husband-and-wife acoustic guitar and flute duo released their first album, Pop's Train, in 2023.
