You are warmly invited to our Open Evening for parents and students to look around the school and meet staff and students. This is a joint open evening with Wellsway School so you can find out about all the subjects on offer across Futura Sixth.
Futura Sixth provides exciting opportunities for all young people aged 16 to 19. Our growing sixth form is fully inclusive and we believe it offers the best of both worlds for Futura students. You choose a home school for your post-16 studies but have access to courses in three schools – IKB Academy, SBL Academy and Wellsway School – with free transport provided between sites.
Our students have been successful in securing university places including Mechanical Engineering at Oxford University and many other prestigious courses for example Design Engineering, Economics Finance and Banking, Cycling Performance, Economics Government and Law, 3D Design and Pharmacy.
Students have also been successful in securing highly sought after apprenticeships with MoD, Rolls Royce, Dyson, Network Rail, CGI and Silverstone College – F1 Apprenticeship.
