Senior Scams Presentation

Learn about available services, who to call for various consumer issues, and how to identify and avoid scams and fraud!

Guests will hear a presentation from Michael Bannon, the Director of the Bucks County Dept. of Consumer Protection / Weights & Measures. This office specializes in protecting senior citizens in Bucks County through advice, education, and mediation of disputes with businesses. Topics will include:

• Scam/Fraud protection and avoidance
• Mediation of complaints
• And a chance to ask any questions at the end of the presentation.
