Join us for an intimate evening of pause, connection and healing, as we gather under May's illuminating Full Moon.
It is time you come back home to yourself, to remember, reclaim and retrieve parts of yourself you've forgotten or lost along the way in the busyness of life & its demands.

In this women's gathering, we'll journey together to:
* Reclaim forgotten aspects of our authentic selves through guided meditation/visualization (a gentle form of Soul retrieval)
* Set powerful intentions supported & aligned with the Full ~Moon's powerful energy
* Share ceremonial cacao to support our hearts combined with Blue Lotus infusion to illuminate our intuition
* Remember the power of our feminine wisdom & impact
* Release energetic blocks through somatic practices
* Complete our journey with a gentle integration practice to anchor our reclaimed essence

Together, we'll call back our lost parts and come back home to ourselves while supported by the illuminating energy of the full moon and the heart-opening plant medicine of ceremonial cacao.
Our gathering honors each woman's unique journey - stay silent or share if you feel called, or simply be present. This space welcomes you exactly as you are, with no performance required.
What to bring:
Simply bring your authentic self 💚and:
- If you want, a small personal item that represents a quality you wish to reclaim (such as a crystal, a meaningful piece of jewelry, a natural object, or a photo or something else)
- A blanket & socks for comfort
- Journal & pen
- Your favorite cup or mug for cacao (optional)
(Cups, mats & bolsters are provided)
What to wear:
Whatever helps you feel connected to your authentic self - comfortable clothing that allows you to move and breathe freely.
Note: If you have any health concerns about consuming cacao or cannot drink cacao but wish to attend, please contact me directly to discuss alternatives.
