Hello neighbours, if you enjoy all the green and alive things in Victoria Park then come to this fun facilitated session that draws on ecopsychology, forest bathing and my life-long love of the wild. Rather than learning facts about nature, it will help you experience your natural surroundings in a new and refreshing way and is great for your well-being, creativity and peace of mind.
