NAF Dan Prep & Open Course

Open course focussing on the presentation of Aikido foundations through syllabus techniques. Not our normal format but the 1st of 2 sessions to cover Dan grade level techniques to give students from all Dojos an insight into expectations in an NAF grading.

Its not just for the very few that will Grade at our summer school.
Instead its an opportunity for everyone that aspires to reach this level in the future , and also a chance for everyone that has already hit this level to test themselves with a high level practice at Dan grade pace.

In short - its for everyone including visitors who may wish to see how we do things.

Normal Seminar prices (£20 or £15 if not working adults & older students from Teenage classes (£5 !!) are welcome to attend.
