Mixed Aerial Hoop

Whether you are completely new to this Circus Art or have some experience, this is for you.

Getting to grips with the basics and beyond...

Our Mixed level Aerial Hoop sessions will spice up your existing repertoire with longer/ more challenging sequences and/or inspire your first moves in your Aerial Hoop Journey here at Pink Kitten Dance School.

We are working with taped Hoops

Improve flexibility and build strength for all levels.
Great way to reintroduce yourself after a break from Aerial

Clothing
No Jewellery/No Fitbits/No Zips
Please tie back long hair
Wear clothing that covers the skin to avoid friction burns
Leggings/jogging bottoms/t-shirts/long sleeve top option
