Guided Breathwork at Clifton Observatory

Experience a Guided Breathwork session led by Gus Hoyt of Breath and Ice! Gus is an experienced breathwork coach and certified Wim Hof Method Instructor.

Learn more about the incredible world of breathwork and discover how to unlock your potential in this powerful and immersive session. This guided breathwork session is suitable for all levels and will leave you feeling relaxed and grounded.

Spaces are £25PP and include a Breathwork experience like no other, along with exclusive access to the Rooftop Terrace with incredible views of Clifton Suspension Bridge. The session begins at 6:30PM and the doors will be locked during the session to ensure a peaceful atmosphere, so please ensure a prompt arrival.

Bring your own blankets and cushions to make sure you’re comfortable! Please note that tickets are non-refundable.

Please also note that this is a Strong Breathwork session so please consult with your doctor if any of the following apply:

-Pregnant or trying to be,
-Medication, Antipsychotic especially
-Recent injury or surgery,
-Glaucoma and retinal detachment,
-Severe mental illness,
-Severe respiratory issues and/or,
-Cardiovascular issues., eg: history of aneurysms.
