Come join us at St Michael’s Parish Church Hall (Park Lane, Bristol BS2 8BE) in central Bristol near Park Row for a night of groovy tunes and funky moves. Dust off your bell bottoms and get ready to boogie down on the dance floor with all your favourite hits from the disco era. Dressing for the era is optional of course. Lots of 70s disco & funk, plus hits from the 80s, including: Earth, Wind & Fire, Chic, Michael Jackson, Madonna, Bee Gees, Luther Vandross, Whitney Houston, ABC, Duran Duran, James Brown, Madness, Shalamar, Frankie Goes to Hollywood, Wild Cherry, David Bowie, B52s, Queen, Chaka Khan, Wham and much more.
There's no 'should' about it, 'you will be dancing' to some great tunes from the 70s & 80s and still be home in time for jim jams and TV on a Saturday night! You're welcome to ask the DJ for requests for your favourite songs - George at 'Blue Saturn Entertainments' is providing the DJ set.
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN DRINKS - alcohol or soft drinks - whatever you fancy. Paper cups will be provided. There are NO drinks for sale at the venue. Tickets are £8 in advance or £10 on the door.
