Find your Dragon! - a FREE 30 minute workshop

This workshop is led by the amazing Terri Booker, who regularly teaches at our many venues throughout the city.

As part of this workshop we will be exploring our Dragon. Who is he (or she) and how can he or she help us in our everyday life. Do you find it hard to stand your ground when needed? Do you have difficulty in standing up for yourself when you need to? Is it hard or even impossible to confront your fears? Do you run away or hide from fears ? Within all of us there is a dragon waiting to be discovered and waiting to help you conquer fears, and give us the courage determination and confidence to navigate our everyday life.
