Start your weekend with a practice of silent sitting meditation and yogic song.

Doors open at 10, practice from
10.15 to 11am.

All levels of meditation experience are welcome to come and join the practice session with instruction given for beginners.
Unfortunately this is an in person event only and it's not possible to join online.

Costs
No fee but donations are much appreciated.
