Empanada Cooking Class with Chef VanessaSunday, January 11 • 11am–2pm • $75 per person
Get ready to roll, fill, fold, and feast! Join us for a hands-on empanada class where you’ll learn how to make dough from scratch, master proper folding techniques, and explore baking vs. frying.
We’ll play with different seasoning profiles and create three tasty fillings: beef, chicken, and spinach-and-cheese.
You’ll also whip up a variety of dipping sauces to round out your plate—because the sauce matters!
Your ticket includes an alcoholic beverage, great company, and plenty of time to cook, laugh, and connect. When the cooking is done, we’ll sit down together and enjoy everyone’s creations. It’s a fun way to learn, create, and socialize—come hungry and ready for a good time!
