EBCP Book Club - "Calling In" by Loretta J. Ross

On Thursday, October 2, 2025, EBCP is holding a book club event at Rogers Free Library, 525 Hope St., Bristol RI for the book "Calling In: How to Start Making Change with Those You'd Rather Cancel" by Loretta J. Ross.

Calling In is a guide to “building bridges instead of burning them down” and seeking “power with, not power over” in the fight for justice. (Ms. Magazine)

Loretta J. Ross is an activist, professor, and public intellectual. In her five decades in the human rights movement, she’s deprogrammed white supremacists, taught convicted rapists the principles of feminism, and co-organized the second largest march on Washington (surpassed only by the 2017 Women’s March).
