In nature we can find space to listen to the wisdom and guidance that exists in and all around us. As nature awakens and flourishes, have you noticed the call within you to respond to the birds, the light, the growth? What could you discover if you created time to witness, listen and lean in?

On the 4th of May dawn chorus peaks. A symphony of birds, unburdened by overthinking, sings to welcome loving connection. Join us in gratitude to nature for an embodied exploration of what can awaken in you when being present with the wonders of the wild.
