Annual General Meeting & Award presentation

The meeting will receive reports on GRFU’s activity during the season, receive the accounts for the last full accounting period, and elect Officers, Executive Board and committee members for the 2025/26 season. Details of other resolutions to be proposed will be circulated nearer the time.

All Officers and Executive Board Members have agreed to stand again for next season, with the exception of Simon Collyer-Bristow who is not seeking re-election as Chair after 4 years in that role. In accordance with our Operating Procedures, a process is taking place to identify a suitable replacement.
