Class timetable is as follows
19:00-20:00 All levels cha cha
20:00-2030 social dancing (chacha and salsa)
20:30-21:30 move to improvers salsa
21:39-22:30 intermediates salsa
£8 1 class, with £2 top up applying to all classes, with the 30 minute social being free for those who are attending the class.
Info about cha cha
Social cha cha is a vibrant partner dance that thrives on rhythm, playful energy, and interaction.
It’s danced socially at parties, clubs, and—of course—at our very own SalsaFix socials, where we always make sure to include plenty of cha cha!
Typically set to Latin tracks with a steady beat around 110–130 BPM. The signature rhythm—“two, three, cha-cha cha……….”. This timing then continues throughout the track. Once you have understood the timing, you can then incorporate you salsa dancing techniques into your cha cha social dancing.
