6 Week Nogi Beginner Crash Course

Join us for our very next 6 Week NOGI Beginner Crash Course! In this course we will be covering the A-Z's of brazilian jiu jitsu.

Topics Include:

1) What is BJJ and why is this art so effective

2) Excersices that build strength and mobility

3) How to diet and rest to maximize your training with us

4) Bad positions- how to escape

5) Good positions- how to maintain and submit

6) How to train "live", staying safe and keeping your training partner safe as well

7) Ettiquette for training at any BJJ gym

8) Working with different partners regardless of abilities and skill sets

We have 12 classes in this 6 week program- Every Monday and Wednesday at 6pm - 7pm. Each class will be a small building block towards the next one. We encourage EVERYONE to try this course out- with over 100 graduates so far, our students are only saying amazing things about it.

The best thing: all you need is a pair of athletic shorts a t-shirt and an open mind!
