Brisbane’s inclusive Real and Diverse Ensemble (RAD), supported by Centacare, returns to QPAC with their latest theatrical marvel: The Tea Lady Factor, a science fiction spectacular inspired by the iconic neo-expressionist film Metropolis.
Set in a dystopian robot factory in Geebung, this futuristic fable explores the clash between raw human emotion and the cold logic of machines. At its heart lies a tale of greed, rebellion, and one magical cup of tea that just might change everything.
This production is a collaboration between Queensland Conservatorium and Circa, alongside a stellar cohort of independent Queensland artists.
