About the event

Wild Mushrooms of The Olympic Peninsula - Field Tour
Join us for our 3 hour wild mushroom identification walking tour through the Olympic National Forest! Learn how to identify edible and non-edible mushrooms, learn foraging skills and best practices, and how to make a spore print! Bring a harvesting basket or purchase one in our shop for some foraging. Foraging time is offered at the tail end of the tour for you to practice your skills. This tour is offered throughout October and November. For spring and early fall mushrooms see our Forest Edibles Tour.
