Join us for a wonderfully uplifting and relaxing evening of contact dance, improvised movement, music, mingling and nurturing connection/touch.

A warm, welcoming space to unwind, connect, and explore the joy of dancing and being together.

Partly guided and partly free — move at your own pace, dance with others, or simply enjoy the atmosphere.

There’ll be gentle & uplifting tunes, cosy vibes, good chats, and shared drinks & nibbles

Come as you are, no experience needed — just bring yourself, curiosity, and openness to connect.

6.15pm : OPENING CIRCLE - Introductions and guidelines

6.30pm : GUIDED WARM UP AND “UPLIFTING” CONTACT DANCE & CONNECTION JOURNEY (PART 1 ) with exercises/movements in solo, pairs, groups and everyone.

7.30pm : FREE-FLOW MOVEMENT SPACE (WITH OPTIONAL CHAT/CHILL/CUDDLE SPACE) -"You can choose the music for the playlist!" (Bring food and nibbles to share if you like. Free teas provided)

8.30pm: GUIDED COOLDOWN AND “RELAXING” CONTACT DANCE & CONNECTION/TOUCH JOURNEY (PART 2)

9.15pm: FREE FLOW AGAIN! - EAT, RELAX, DRINK & CONNECT SOME MORE!

9.45pm CLOSING CIRCLE/HUGS & EVENT END - Wishing you a lovely onward journey and hope to see you soon! (Possibly head somewhere else together!?)

I’m passionate about the power of dance to inspire creativity, enhance wellbeing, and bring people together.
