Stroke Recovery Support Group

If you or a loved one has experienced a stroke, you are not alone. Join Platte Valley Hospital’s Stroke Recovery Support Group for connection, encouragement, and practical resources in a supportive, in-person setting.

This group is designed for stroke survivors, caregivers, family members, and friends. Our medical professionals lead the discussion and help participants connect with others while learning about valuable community resources.

What to expect:
• A welcoming space to share experiences
• Support for both patients and caregivers
• Education and connection to community resources
• Guidance from medical professionals

📍 Meets in person from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. on the second Monday of each month (excluding major holidays)
