Led by Zenia | Elementals Wellbeing
Zenia created Elementals Wellbeing after her own journey through burnout and PCOS. Her work is rooted in the cycles of nature and the elements, helping women reconnect with their emotional health and regulate their nervous systems through yoga, meditation and breathwork.
