Prenatal Flow @ Vibin Yoga

Join us for a prenatal flow at Vibin Yoga in Brighton, CO. Kayla McIntosh will be your prenatal yoga instructor for the event, she is also a birth doula and mama with a heart of supporting women through every stage of pregnancy. This event is for moms looking to connect with their body, baby, and a community of parents to be! Please bring a mat and water bottle. If you do not have a mat, you can borrow one from the studio.
