Becoming a parent for the first time is a life-changing experience, filled with love, joy, and uncertainty. This group is a safe and supportive space for first-time parents to learn, connect, and grow in confidence as they navigate their baby’s early emotional and developmental needs.

� Building a strong bond and secure attachment with your baby
� The "good enough mother"—why perfection isn’t necessary
� The containing mother—helping your baby regulate emotions
� The father’s role in supporting both mother and baby
� How early experiences shape your baby's sense of self
