Yin/Restorative Yoga Therapy starting 22nd September at the Saltdean Lido - all levels/all bodies.

💙 This slow and gentle practice blends mindfulness, deep stretching, guided meditation, and nervous system regulation to leave you feeling relaxed and balanced. Have a specific injury or condition? Vics will tailor the session to suit your individual needs, helping you move safely and mindfully while reducing tension and stress.
