For far too long, menopause has been treated as a taboo subject and yet the experiences can affect mood, physical health, emotional wellbeing, relationships, and self-esteem.

Whether you are experiencing perimenopause, are post-menopausal, or simply want to support a partner, friend, or family member, this event is for you. All members of the community - women, partners, spouses, adult children, friends, and allies, are warmly invited.
Women in various stages of menopause: Whether your symptoms are just beginning, ongoing, or you have already started.
Partners, family members, and friends: Learn how best to support your loved ones and understand the changes they may be experiencing.
This short community event will give an overview into how menopause may affect those you care about and how you can be part of a positive support system amongst the hot flushes and feelings of discombobulation.
