Glow and flow wellness event

For only £20 per person, indulge in a wellness workshop at Harbour Hotel Brighton on Thursday 15th May, which will leave you with a glow from the inside-out.

It's time to wind down, relax and let go of tension in our immersive sound bath and sip on warming fruit tea and dine canapes. You'll even receive an exciting goodie bag to take home with you.

Choose the time that suits you - we're offering two separate sessions for this workshop.

Arrive at 3pm, and relax at the spa'ty from 3pm to 4.15pm, then wind down in the sound bath from 5pm to 6pm.

Alternatively, choose to arrive at 5pm and enjoy the sound bath straight away. Then, join us at the spa'ty from 6pm to 7.15pm.
