Start your day with Body Jam — a freeform dance and movement practice in Brighton, MI.
This is a welcoming space to move your body, clear your mind, and reconnect with yourself — no choreography, no expectations, just music and full permission to be exactly as you are.
Inspired by the energy of ecstatic dance, Body Jam is about listening inward and letting movement arise naturally. Some people dance, some stretch, some stay still or breathe. All forms of expression are welcome here.

💗 No judgment — just presence, freedom, and movement

📍 Michelle’s Academy of Dance – 101 Appian Way, Suite 102, Brighton MI
🌀 Doors open: 9:15am
🌟 Opening Circle: 9:30am (please arrive early to sign in and settle)
🎶 Freeform Movement: immediately after circle
🫶 Closing Circle: final 10–15 minutes
💰 Sliding Scale Donation: $8–$25
