Cacao Ceremony and Symphonic Gong Bath

Opening with a gentle 25g dose of ceremonial cacao, be guided in meditation, breath work, playful movement and mantra before lying down to bathe in the sounds of shruti, bowls and Gong.

Please bring with you:

• Yoga mat (some available)
• Blanket (some available)
• Eye pillow
• Breathable clothing
• Special mug / cup for Cacao
• Plenty of water
• Pillow if needed
• Open heart, flexible mind, community spirit
• Note book & pen in case you want to record any reflections

There are 4 different tickets available, please choose the one that best reflects your circumstances. Including a 2 for 1 offer to make it more accessible to lower incomes if you come with a friend. Your generosity is greatly appreciated and supports my work.

Cacao is included in your ticket price. If you would prefer not to have cacao, please let me know when booking so I can prepare you something else instead.

Cacao is organic, ceremonial grade and ethically sourced. We will honour this plant medicine in our opening circle.

Please arrive at 6.45pm, doors will be closed at 7pm.
