A Midsummer Night's Dream - A Fun Retelling
The Royals & Fairies
Oberon / Theseus
Oberon - King of the fairies, meddles with the lovers using magic. Thesus - Duke of Athens, preparing to marry Hippolyta.
Titania / Hippolyta
Titania – Queen of the fairies, enchanted to fall in love with Bottom. Hippolyta - Queen of the Amazons, engaged to Theseus.
Puck (solo role)
Oberon’s mischievous servant who causes chaos with a love potion.
Bottom (solo role)
A weaver who gets turned into a donkey and becomes Titania’s enchanted love interest.
Fairy Chorus – Mustardseed / Cobweb / Peaseblossom
The Lovers
Lysander - Loves Hermia and runs away with her into the forest.
Demetrius - Initially loves Hermia, but ends up with Helena.
Hermia - In love with Lysander but pressured to marry Demetrius.
Helena - In love with Demetrius and caught in a love triangle mess.
The Mechanicals (Comic Relief)
Quince, Flute, Snug, Snout, Starveling
Amateur actors rehearsing a play for the Duke’s wedding. Their performance is hilariously bad.

Hermia’s strict and traditional father.
