Welcome to your community gathering at Anahata Health Clinic.

Join us for a nourishing day of connection, reflection, and shared stories. Rosita will be joining us, offering her signature warmth, wisdom, and storytelling throughout the day.

Please bring a stone, a leaf, and a story as we explore client questions, connect with Ixchel and Gaia, and spend time in a rich, heart-centered space with your fellow ATC members.

Come as you are - we look forward to being together in community once again!

Info: We will start the day sitting in circle, listening to each other, and connecting. Rosita will open the event with her signature heart centred meditation, which will be followed with everyone having the opportunity to check in with the community.

Info: A vegetarian buffet style lunch will be provided.

Info: Join us for a heartfelt story-sharing session within our safe and supportive ATC community space. This is a time to bring your hearts and minds to the circle as we open up for Abdominal Therapy questions and conversation. Rosita will be with us, offering her deep experience—and no doubt a few stories of her own - to enrich our time together.

Info: We will come together one last time to offer our gratitude - to our wider community, our lineage, and the friends beside us - before we share fond farewells and close our gathering with warmth and reverence.
