This beautiful session combines gentle structured and free-flow movement, along side grounding in nature and deep and restorative meditation and sound healing, helping release stuck energy and tension from within.

We’ll finish with some time to reflect and journal, leaving you feeling lighter, calmer, and reconnected.

No experience needed, everyone is welcome.
