Paint & Pause in Brightlingsea

Take a break from the rush and enjoy a relaxed evening of mindful watercolour, calm conversation, and coffee. Paint & Pause is a cosy art club for anyone who wants to slow down, unwind, and reconnect through creativity — no art skills needed.

Each two-hour session includes all materials, your own art journal to keep, and plenty of tea, coffee, and biscuits. You’ll be gently guided through simple, calming prompts that help you explore colour and flow at your own pace.

Expect a warm welcome and a friendly atmosphere where everyone’s work is unique — and perfection is never the goal. Just come as you are, everything’s provided.
