Small group for a personalised, immersive experience
Join us for a hands-on Foraging & Herbal Medicine Walk, where we will explore the natural medicines growing all around us. This immersive experience invites you to slow down, connect deeply with the land, and learn how to work confidently with local plants to support health and wellbeing.
Together, we will identify medicinal plants, explore their traditional and practical uses, and learn how to transform them into effective, everyday herbal remedies you can create at home.
During the session, you will learn to make a variety of herbal preparations, including:
Fire cider — a warming, immune-supporting tonic
Elderberry syrup — a nourishing remedy for colds and flu
Turkey tail tincture — a powerful ally for overall wellbeing
Herbal teas for healing and daily support
Salves and balms for cuts, scrapes, and skin health
We will also enjoy a simple foraged lunch, and you’ll have the opportunity to sample additional herbal preparations throughout the day.
This experience is ideal for anyone wishing to deepen their connection with nature, gain practical herbal knowledge, and leave feeling empowered with remedies you’ve made yourself.
Spaces are intentionally limited to keep the group intimate. Early booking is recommended to secure your place.
